To qualify for a full or partial refund, you must notify us by email at info@luminedgedigital.com within 5 calendar days of making your payment.
If work on your project has already begun, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, you may still request a refund. In that case, we will evaluate the amount of work completed and deduct charges accordingly. This includes time spent on communication and related tasks, based on our standard company rates. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
If no refund request is made within 5 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of the payment date, Luminedge Digital will charge the full amount. At that point, we reserve the right to retain the entire payment, as the strategy and plan may have already been shared with you and could be used by other companies, potentially harming Luminedge Digital.
Please note that our services are influenced by several external factors beyond our control. While we are committed to delivering the best possible results, we do not guarantee sales, as purchasing decisions are made by consumers who are not affiliated with Luminedge Digital.
Refund requests may also be submitted due to internal reasons on the client’s end. However, if the service has already been delivered, we will not process any refund requests.
Every refund request must be manually reviewed and approved. Approved refunds are also subject to a 90-day security hold period, after which the funds will be released.
